On 3 and 4 November 2004 in Mallorca a SITMUN project monitoring meeting was held. The SITMUN administration data model (logical and physical) was presented and the data model for the alphanumeric and graphic information was proposed. The technical requirements for the introduction of SITMUN were also analysed. The partners were given the questionnaires prepared for the assessment of the project. The contents of the information CD were agreed, the design of the distribution elements (intended for the seminars) was decided and possible improvements to the website were discussed. The dates and venues for the briefing seminars, partner training and the forthcoming project meetings were scheduled. The contents of the agenda for the seminars were agreed. Lastly the format, content and target readers of the publication of the SITMUN results were debated.
