At the project monitoring meeting held on 27-28/05/2004 in Palma de Mallorca, the Analysis and Design of the application (city map service, general customer, report module, country and regional map service, location and administration module) were presented. The technical report drafted to study the optimal technologies for SITMUN was submitted. All the partners together decided on the technologies to be used to put SITMUN into operation and the functions to be implemented were marked out. The design of some of the distribution elements was submitted and approved (according to the Communication Plan). The website was also presented and some improvements to be made to it were decided. The definitive design and content of the triptych were submitted and approved. The project assessment plan was submitted. To end, there was a presentation of the administrative and financial state of the project.
