At the meeting to monitor phase 2 (Analysis/Design), held on 26/03/2004 in Maó (Menorca), the requirements of the system, the definition of the application and the technological alternatives for the project were presented and approved. Moreover there was a description of the software engineering process and the preparation of the data. The project Communication Plan was submitted and approved, as were the website and the triptych for distribution. To end, there was a presentation of the administrative and financial state of the project.
